Q: How can I order ?

A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored in your account.

You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products. 

Q: Why should I buy online?

A: Speeding up the process. By ordering online you will get discounts and you will be able to go through the order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.

Traceability: You will have easy access to all of your previous orders any time you want.

Reordering:  you can re-order anytime based on your previous orders by only a couple of clicks. This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past.

Q: Will my information be safe?

A: All information entered by customers will be strictly confidential. Customers can be contacted for feedback or to share updates. We will not disclose your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes.

Q: Which payment methods can I use?

A: Payments are processed through a payment gateway. Kindly refer to the same to check available options. All payments are secure and guaranteed by our Payment Gateway.

Q: Is GST included?

A: Yes indeed, all prices all inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Q: What about Bulk/Institutional orders?

Q: Where do you ship orders?

A: We ship PAN-India and shortly will be shipping Internationally as well.

Q: How soon do I receive my orders?

A: We try to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving them. Depending on the distance and time of the year, orders within Delhi NCR take 3-5 days and PAN India between 5-7 days. (There might be delays due to unprecedented reasons such as Covid-19, Forces of nature etc, we will inform you beforehand in case of any delays)

Q: Do I have to pay shipping charges ?

A: Shipping charges are applicable.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, within 6 hours of placing them.

Q: Can I return my order?

A: These are non returnable & non-refundable food products. 

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Once dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number which can be used to trace your shipment 24*7.

Q: Do the products need special storage conditions? How long can they be stored?

A: We recommend keeping them under cool, dry & hygienic conditions, away from sun light. It does not require refrigeration.

Q: Are HF products Organic and/or vegan?

A: Our current product range uses natural ingredients but are not organic. Currently we don’t offer vegan or organic products, but stay tuned for updates regarding our extended range of products.
